This double degree combines the practical production-oriented agricultural degree, underpinned by cutting edge science, with fundamental skills in business, management and finance. The program helps students to learn how to formulate strategies and become an informed decision maker in a rapidly evolving industry. Our double degree provides a grounding in areas including animal production systems and products, crop and pasture management, animal health and welfare, feedlot management, crop protection, poultry and sheep production, micro and macroeconomics, economic perspectives of environment and food, farm and resource management, agribusiness marketing, commodity markets, and banking and finance. Students can also choose from a range of specialist minors to complement their major and equip them with industry-ready skills and knowledge. For external study, contact the UNE Future Students Team.
