Course outline

This highly sought after double degree prepares you to adapt to play a pivotal role in building resilient, healthy, sustainable, inclusive, and just communities through architectural innovation and property development.

You will understand both the theory and practical applications of architectural design and property economics, enabling you to contribute significantly to the environmental, social, and economic sustainability of cities and communities.

You will be proficient in creating architectural environments with positive impacts on human health, environmental quality, social relationships, and urban systems while possessing a comprehensive knowledge of the Australian and international property market dynamics, including assessing, developing, valuing, financing, and managing various classes of public and private property, ensuring these align with broader societal needs.

Upon completion, you will not only be eligible to progress to a Master of Architecture, further enhancing your architectural expertise, but also be well-prepared to take on significant roles within the property industry, from development and valuation to finance and management.
