In this course students gain a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and institutions as well as a thorough and critical understanding of core areas of law and legal theory. Students develop professional, clinical and legal analysis skills including traditional and modern legal research methods, legal writing, advocacy and alternative dispute resolution. The business management component gives students the knowledge and skills for effective management in national and international business environments.
