This dual degree is for aspiring business leaders and managers who want to explore opportunities in the global tourism industry. In the business management component, students develop the knowledge and skills to assist in effective and successful management in a constantly changing and highly competitive national and international business environment. In the tourism, hospitality and event management component, students learn how hospitality, events and travel companies operate by participating in industry projects, networking events, site visits and workshops. Students can enhance their career prospects by combining a major in hotel and hospitality management or tourism and event management with one of seven majors offered in the business management component.
