In this dual degree students gain a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and institutions as well as a thorough and critical understanding of core areas of law and legal theory. Students develop professional, clinical and legal analysis skills including traditional and modern legal research methods, legal writing, advocacy and alternative dispute resolution. In the commerce component, students gain knowledge and an understanding of business value in various environments. They can choose to major in accounting, business analytics, business information systems, or finance. The commerce component balances core skills with specialist knowledge, enabling students to adapt to the business world by applying business principles in practice.
