5 years Full time
You enter a common first semester of foundation study that provides a broad grounding in engineering disciplines, prior to undertaking your chosen primary study area. You then continue to a Master of Biomedical Systems and Technology where you will develop advanced knowledge of systems thinking, understanding in the use of machine learning methods and the management and integration of big data, skills in machine learning models for prediction and optimisation of system performance, and applied knowledge of design-thinking. Through hands-on projects, collaborative research, and industry placements, you will gain the expertise required to excel in the rapidly evolving healthcare technology sector. You graduate with both a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and a Master of Biomedical Systems and Technology.
