4 years Full time
As a graduate, you plan and deliver radiation treatment, and offer emotional support and care for cancer patients. Professional placement begins in first year and is completed in private and public radiation therapy facilities throughout Queensland and in some interstate sites. Studies cover interaction of radiation and body tissue, treatment planning using clinical software, and treatment delivery. An honours program based on GPA is available at the end of second year.
The QUT Offer Guarantee and Year 12 Subject Adjustment Scheme do not apply to this course.
