Course outline

Develop your skills and knowledge of building and construction management with this diploma qualification. In this course students will gain the skills and confidence to manage advanced construction planning, operational, evaluation, and problem-solving challenges. Learn how to manage budgets, human resources, OHS, and team effectiveness. Enhance your skills further with elective units where you will learn to apply building codes, structural principles, and quality standards to medium rise construction projects.
