Develop strong leadership skills to uphold the ethical, legislative and compliance requirements of the public sector, which are critical to any role within the public sector. During this course, designed for prospective and existing public servants, students will develop advanced leadership skills in manage performance, conflict resolution, communications and working within a policy/procedure framework. Students will augment their knowledge in respect to public sector values and will learn to conduct research and analysis, and implement risk management procedures and policies. Successful completion of this course will qualify students to work within the public service sectors in a range of positions, including supervisory positions such as the management of policy, operations, customer service, complaints, projects, risk and compliance.
