Learn how legal frameworks guide political decisions, how global institutions operate, and how governments respond to pressing challenges such as human rights, conflict, security and social inequality. In the law component, you’ll undertake core courses necessary for admission to practice, and will have the opportunity to study elective courses in areas such as professional legal practice and clinics, global and international law, law and commerce, theories of law, and social justice and the environment. You’ll also develop interdisciplinary understandings of law and legal work. In the political science and international relations component, you’ll learn about political institutions and processes, business-government relations, foreign policy and globalisation. You will also have the chance to complete either a parliamentary internship or a work placement.
