Explore the science of food and nutrition in a hands-on program designed to prepare students for professional practice in a dynamic and evolving field. This degree equips you with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundations to improve the health of populations through food and nutrition.
Students will learn how food affects the body and supports health, and translate expertise in nutrition science, food systems and human biosciences to practical challenges. They’ll cook in our specialised teaching kitchen and gain industry experience in a work placement. They’ll get to specialise in a range of minors, including public health nutrition, sport and exercise, agriculture and aquaculture, Indigenous studies, or social media.
