This course meets the technical requirements for students to apply for their Builder Project Management Services license. In this course students will gain advanced knowledge of building projects to allow them to provide advisory, administrative and management services for the construction of large, high-rise and complex buildings. Students will learn to apply structural principles, assess faults, apply building codes and standards, and manage compliance with legal obligations. Students may also gain the skills required to administer project contracts and certify timing, quality and cost matters.
