The Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (Honours) prepares you to work at the intersection of law, technology, culture and society. Through the Arts component, you will develop skills in analytical thinking, communication, digital literacy, research, cultural awareness and ethical judgement. You will also build specialist knowledge in areas such as society and culture, public and social policy, crime and technology, digital storytelling, community recovery and related fields.
The Law component provides a real‑world, applied legal education that meets AQF Level 8 standards and prepares you to become a capable and ethical legal professional. You will gain strong skills in legal research, communication, negotiation and dispute resolution, and develop a deep understanding of key areas of law. You will build technological awareness and higher‑order thinking to adapt to the changing legal services sector. Your studies will include international and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives to equip you for contemporary legal practice and associated careers.
