Course outline

Combine technical construction knowledge with commercial business expertise. Develop the skills to manage projects from planning and investment through to construction, delivery and asset management while building a broad understanding of the property and construction lifecycle.

Study construction methods, project planning, estimating, procurement, sustainability, law, ethics, digital technologies and site operations alongside property finance, real estate, development, market analysis, leadership and strategic decision-making. You’ll learn to evaluate opportunities, manage risk and deliver successful project outcomes across the built environment.

Gain practical industry experience through guest lectures, site visits, applied projects and final-year learning experiences focused on real construction and property challenges. Developed in consultation with industry, this double degree prepares you for careers across the construction, property and infrastructure sectors in technical, commercial and management roles.
