From data breaches to cyber crime, online privacy to emerging tech regulation, you’ll learn how to protect people, organisations and communities while understanding the laws that guide the digital age. Through Griffith Law School you’ll have the opportunity to choose electives based on your interests and will make connections between law and ethics, legal theory, Indigenous issues, and internationalisation. In your cyber security studies, you’ll explore network security, cryptography, ethical hacking, digital forensics, risk management, and cyber threat analysis to protect systems and data. You’ll develop the expertise to investigate and identify current and future cyber security threats, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments of networked devices and infrastructure, and generate and implement innovative cyber security solutions. Train in cutting-edge facilities like our Cyber Range and work through real simulations that mirror live cyber incidents. With a strong mix of practical learning, industry experience and engagement, you’ll graduate ready to take on complex problems at the intersection of law, justice and cyber security.
