Can I change my offer response from a previous application?
Not through QTAC. Once your application has expired and a new admissions cycle has started, you’ll need to contact your institution directly to make any changes.
How do I provide evidence of my bachelor study?
If you studied at an Australian university, we can usually request your academic record electronically — you won’t need to do anything. If we can’t retrieve it, we’ll notify you in your ‘Alerts’ section and ask you to upload your official academic record (and completion certificate, if relevant).
My application says “It looks like you are currently in Year 12. We have not been able to match your record” — what do I do?
