This higher education diploma equips students for diverse careers in design through an integrated blend of practical and theoretical learning. The diploma year emphasises the development of both manual and digital skills, alongside design thinking, problem definition, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Throughout their studies, students gain a distinctive understanding of how global forces influence design, and how design, shapes the world around us. Upon successful completion of the diploma, students transition into the 2nd year of the Griffith University Bachelor of Design.
